Introduction

These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, AusCey Exchange and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website. 

Termination of Service

1) If AusCey Exchange detect or suspect that our service is using for an unlawful manner or misused the purpose that the service was not intended to or
2) If AusCey Exchange identified that number of transactions and volumes does not match with the customer declared profession or income source or
3) If the customer fails to provide proper income source and purpose of the transaction that should be satisfied to undertake the service or
4) If AusCey Exchange believes that taking part in these transactions would increase the company’s risk and breach of any obligation with the AML/CTF Act. Or any Commonwealth law or
5) Place money transfer requests that approached our service towards increasing the risk of the business or violate any market regulation or beyond the company’s service expectation
6) Customer request to conduct an unusual type of/ patterns of transactions by;

a) Request a large number of transactions to separate beneficiaries’
b) Request a large number of transactions to the same beneficiary
c) Request small and large amounts declaring unmatched reasons for the same beneficiary
d) Request a number of transactions within a short period with unmatched purposes

Finding one or a few of the above reason/s while investigating the customer profile, the number of transactions, transaction volumes or customer appearing against the standard Sanction Screening List, AusCey Exchange can decide to refuse to register new customers/ terminate an existing business relationship for the service with its own discretion. AusCey Exchange will notify the discontinue of its service to the registered client 14 days in advance to find an alternative solution as appropriate. AusCey Exchange can decide not to undertake any transactions within that 14 days to avoid unnecessary consequences.
